Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

I have a 72 Hour cancellation policy

Please let me know if you are unable to attend your appointment as soon as possible.

To secure your appointment i do require a booking fee. This is to secure your appointment slot and to ensure that nobody else books in at your desired reservation time. 

 

This booking fee is non refundable, non transferable non negotiable.

 

Appointments can be moved once, provided you have given me 72 hours notice. Any changes within 72 to 24 hours notice will require a further booking fee to be paid.

This policy also applies to gift vouchers users, the 50% charge will be deducted from the value of the gift vouchers.

 

If you give no notice (fail to show up or give less than 24 hours notice) your appointment can be charged at full cost to yourself. 

Please be aware that this is due to patch test legislation and that with such short notice i am unable to fill your appointment slot with any other clients (essentially this is now dead time)  

Please arrive on time for your appointment. I don't have a waiting room/ reception, so please try to arrive as close to the appointment time as possible.

Late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced to ensure the smooth running of the salon. In this situation the value of the treatment that you originally booked will be due in full.

If i am unable to provide your treatment in the time remaining (i.e if you are 20 minutes late for a 60 minute slot) then you will be refused treatment and charged at full cost (please understand that i am unable to fill that appointment and it is essentially dead time)
